School Advisory Council (SAC)

The School Advisory Committee (SAC) is a group consisting of administration, staff, parents/guardians, and community partners working together to monitor and evaluate the School Improvement Plan goals. Data is monitored reflecting Attendance, Behavior, and Classroom Success. Meetings are held monthly in order to ensure high standards at Tice Elementary School.  The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of administration, staff, parents/guardians, and community partners working together to support the needs of the school.  Events are planned in order to make connections between the students, families, and staff.  In addition, the PTA plans student and staff recognition events and school fundraisers.  If you are interested in being part of either or both groups, please contact the front office.  If you are interested in joining as a business partner, please contact Mrs. Benson, the Secretary to the Principal.  You are welcome to attend any meeting.  We love having parent, community, and business partner support at Tice Elementary School. Due to current CDC guidelines related to COVID-19, monthly meetings are not scheduled at this time.  However, we look forward to meeting with both groups soon!
