Dismissal Procedures

All changes to the way your child goes home must be submitted, in writing, at least 24 hours in advance. Please include your name, your child’s name, your phone number and sign the note. The office will call to verify the change.

Walkers: please display a walker tag with the names of the students you are picking up. If you do not have a walker tag, please report to the front office with photo identification.

Parent Pick Up: please get in the parent pick up line (on Lynneda Ave.) and remain in your vehicle. You need to have a Tice dash tag visibly displayed with the names of the students you are picking up. If you do not have a dash tag, please report to the front office with photo identification.

 

Rainy Day Dismissal Procedure for Walkers

Dismissal for walkers on rainy days will occur in the cafeteria. Please report to the office with your walker tag and photo identification. Line up in the cafeteria, behind the tables. Staff members will call your student to be released to you.
